Hi. I'm hoping that although I've not been diagnosed with Thyroid problems, the community might be able to help with the test results below and/or point me in an appropriate direction if everything Thyroid-related looks OK.
I'm 43 & had a PCOS diagnosis when I was late teens (symptoms being usual weight gain / inability to readily loose weight & excess hair). However, in the past five years I've struggled with fatigue, brain fog, join pain, general aches, lack of energy/brain clarity and it has reached a point now where I have to address it as it is seriously impacting my life.
To try and address the issues I started a low carb/high fat way of eating 3 x months ago with the aim of reducing weight and my blood sugar levels ( I thought I might be pre-diabetic). As well as taking the tests below, I also took a hormone test that showed I was in-range on everything except my Prolactin level which was suppressed and just out of the suggested range at 101. I have been monitoring my blood sugars as well for the past month and they are mainly 5.1-5.3 after an overnight fast of 16hrs and usually 5.1-5.3 2hrs after food.
Despite the change in diet and fasting for 16hrs overnight mostly, I've only lost 7lbs in the past 3 x months (that was lost in first 2 wks and since then nothing) and my energy levels/fatigue/brain clarity/aches have not really improved.
Is there anything in the results below that point to something I should consider Thyroid related re my symptoms? I understand my CRP and Ferritin levels are high and something that I will discuss with my Dr as I look to be storing too much iron. Thanks for your help in advance

Thanks so much for all the advice and links. Really valuable. I will read up and certainly push for the ultrasound scan and iron panel test with Drs. I'll work on getting my Vit D levels up independently so thanks for links to better quality products and additional supplements. No, BH didn't offer a re-test for folate. They did suggest I do a full follow-up test in 6-8wks but I didn't know if this was necessary to confirm levels/track changes or a marketing ploy
