I have for the last four months or so developed a strange tingling burning feeling and now pain and stiffness in my hands and feet, it’s become worse during lock down so I have just recently spoken to my GP who has done bloods waiting on the result. My body just hurts!

I Just want to know if anyone else out there has the same or experienced this, it’s so debilitating and it’s getting me down now, I’m 47 and like to be active but I’ve gained a lot of weight and feel so low just hope this isn’t going to last.

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking?

Low vitamin D often causes joint pain

Burning skin and feet often low B vitamins

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease also called hashimoto's diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies?

I too get very weak & stiff a lot & my doctor wonders why I dont exercise enough!... its because I have no energy most days, I can hardly open a water bottle lately. But I'm taking my vitamins, & having plenty rest living in hope of my health improving in the future.

Do you have hashis? Have they tested for other autoimmune diseases?

GP done many blood test. but said everything normal.

one thing he said ESR abnormal.but my age it is fine, Im 43 year old female.

my vit b12 serum is 382
