I managed to get a 25mcg increase of my Levothyroxine. Now on 75mcg. Hopefully my TSH will reduce below its present 2.63. Will my free t3 level and my free thyroxine levels automatically go up from 3.9 and 14.3 respectively as I was advised by my lovely advisors on this site stated they needed to be higher. I don’t know whether it’s all in my mind but since taking the extra Levo I seem to have more energy and it’s only been a week. One more question..... if you take more Levo mistakenly on one day can it be bad for you.... and what do you do. Yes it happened to me this morning. 🤪

Don't worry about the extra. One day will do no harm.

Yes your ft4 should rise. Your Ft3 should rise too but it will depend on how well your body converts ft4 to Ft3 as to how much it rises.

It wont hurt, T4 (Levo) is a storage hormone and some people take a once weekly dose under medical supervision. Whatever extra you took today, just knock it off tomorrow's dose.

As your TSH reduces, so your FT4 should increase. Your recent FT4 and FT3 results are quite well balanced at 22% and 23.78% through their respective ranges, so hopefully they will stay well balanced.

You can take a whole weekly dose once a week.
