Thank you to everyone that replied to my last post.
I now have my full results:
4.37 mu/L [0.35-3.5] that’s the TSH
10.1 pmol/L [7.5-21.1] that’s the T4
That’s all I was given.
I have no idea if that changes anything or what that means. Any help much appreciated.
Thank you

In some countries hypothyroidism is diagnosed when TSH reaches 3. In the UK we have to wait until it reaches 10 unless FT4 is below range.
So you are hypothyroid because your TSH is over range but you are unlikely to get a diagnosis unless you also have raised antibodies.

It was suggested that you get full thyroid testing to include thyroid antibodies, it sounds like you could very well have autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's. I would also do the vitamins mentioned.

What’s your GP suggested?
After first abnormal test results....guidelines recommend waiting 6-12 weeks and repeating test to see if it’s a temporary blip
When testing thyroid levels bloods should be done early morning to get highest TSH
Meanwhile ask GP to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 ....plus thyroid antibodies testing
