How much do thyroid antibodies fluctuate?

Hello again,

I've sent my blood sample back to Thriva so I should get the results this week.

I'm flip flopping between wanting the results to be 'normal' and wanting them to be high but I was wondering if someone might be able to let me know how much fluctuation there is in thyroid antibodies?

Since I feel quite well at the moment, could the antibodies show as in the normal range or would they always show as raised if I do in fact, have Hasimoto's?

Thank you

I doubt if anyone can answer that question with any accuracy. I think you'd probably have to test them every day to know - which is unlikely to happen. And, even then, it would probably turn out to vary from person to person, with all sorts of variables. So, any answer anyone might give would only be guess-work, I'm afraid.

That makes sense. Thank you.

Must just be patient and wait and see! 😬
