I notice your T4 is slightly over range but some of us need our T4 to be high to feel well and your T3 is also high but within range. Also your vitamin D could be higher ... what are you taking for that?
I did read back on your previous posts and see you are taking 125mcg Levothyroxine do you feel well on that dose?
Bloods from Jan and Feb results both showed high TSH
Presumably dose levothyroxine was increased?
So your ferritin is low ....but as within range GP unlikely to agree
But try asking for full iron panel test for anaemia
Eating iron rich foods like liver or liver pate once a week plus other red meat, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate, plus daily orange juice or other vitamin C rich drink can help improve iron absorption

This is interesting because I have noticed that many patients with Hashimoto’s disease and hypothyroidism, start to feel worse when their ferritin drops below 80 and usually there is hair loss when it drops below 50.
