I reported on here that my T3 order placed in March had gone missing. That’s still the case, but the pharmacy sent out another package 5 weeks later, which arrived This week.
The initial communication wasn’t great (I think they were snowed under), but I appreciate they’ve been hard hit by this pandemic & have worked very hard to help customers.

Thank you for letting us know. From what I understand they have been more than fair in the current circumstances which have caused such severe delays.
