Can someone explain what it means to have a DIO2 gene CC result? Or let me know of some links about it? Thank you!

DIO2 - (Thyroid Hormone Activation) polymorphism
What does the blurb attached say?
Was this a test via Blue Horizon?
Or a DNA test via 23 and me or similar?
Regenerus Dio2 test gives clear answers

Hi SlowDragon, Thank you for replying. Yes it was via Blue Horizon: Your thyroid genotype and advice:
DIO2 - Thyroid Hormone Activation
“ D2” is importantly expressed in the central nervous system,
pituitary, brown fat tissue and muscle, and responds to
changes in thyroid levels. D2 is responsible for the ‘local’
conversion of T4 to T3 in the thyroid, placenta and brain. It
requires selenium and iodine to function optimally. Here we
look at two different variants linked to decreased T4 and low
mood in certain individuals.
CC ( IN RED)
The 'C' result has been associated with anxiety and
depression in many taking thyroxine (T4) hormone
replacement therapy for hypothyroidism. This can be
overcome with combined T4/T3 therapy. Also linked to
possible increased risk of oestoarthritis. Ensure adequate
nutrition for bone health, such as calcium, and vitamin D
(which may also help with low mood).
CC (IN Yellow)
The 'C' result is associated with normal (not increased) DIO2
activity and is not associated with any particular impact on
thyroid hormone ratio. Adequate levels of iodine and
selenium are required for optimal functioning of this gene.
I started adding T3 to my only T4 therapy 3 weeks ago, in the last week increased to 10mcg per day, but I don't feel any better, on the contrary ....
Are you taking T3 as 2 x 5mcg dose
Important to get vitamin levels optimal
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Yes 2x 5mcg dose ( it’s Liotir liquid ) also in the morning I take vit C, D B1 B6, turmeric ..zinc , selenium ). Today my body temperature was 36 Celsius .. and I have low blood sugar apparently because I feel the need to eat often in order to feel ‘normal’ for a while otherwise I feel weak, nervous.. also I have low blood pressure. Anyway I have an appointment coming up with a Thyroid expert, not a doctor but he wrote books on hypothyroidism using various hormone approach ... 🙏🙏🤞🤞
