I did the 1st step of the smartblood food intolerance test and it has come as positive today (meaning there are antibodies present in my blood and that I might be intolerant to one or more foods and/or drinks they test).
I have taken the plunge and requested step two (full results) and thanks thyroid UK for the discount code by the way!
However, being a sceptic as I am I cannot help but think that everyone gets positive results so that then you can pay the extra 180GBP?? Can anyone please prove me wrong? Has anyone received negative results?
I am really curious as to know what triggers I have and of course I will eliminate those from my diet.

I did that test last year, it was really good, I thought was gluten in bread bloating my tummy but turns out is brewers yeast and bakers yeast, allergie to eggs, ( which I wondered why they had never binded me up like other people ) and that I was intollerant to Lobster which is my favourite. so I found it useful, does that include the nutritionalist that phones up and explains the results as that was good as well she told me what to avoid, how much yeast is in about everything ( not good, but told me if I wanted to try clear it some names of supplements to take she was on the phone ages explaing things, she wasnt trying to sell me anything either which was all good in my books
But I did find it benefited me how wwould I have ever worked out yeast was my problem with bread Go for it treat yourself
