Hello, i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a list of the reference ranges for vitamin levels in children. Very interested to know what the optimal levels should be. Thanks in advance

Thank you, yes i have seen this but I'm looking for the actual reference ranges. My daughter has all her results back and some of them are not within range despite doctors saying its all fine. Hence why i want to educate myself about ranges and optimal levels. Thanks
What are the results
Do you have a paediatrician looking after your daughter...email,results to them ?
I do, thanks. Yes they sent me them. Told me they were fine but some are very bottom of the range and others way above range eg b12. Hence why id like to educate myself on where a child should be given they impact thyroid symptoms so much.
Dolphin40, There isn't a definite range for children, just as there isn't for adults. Ranges are lab dependent and the appropriate ranges for the lab that did the test should be recorded alongside the test results.
Yes they are thanks. Some of hers are bottom of the range and some way above it though. I have been told by 2 doctors they are fine however with hypothyroidism and Hashimotos we know you need to be optimal to alleviate some of the symptoms hence i want to learn where ideally she would be.
