Was there a result for ferritin?

Your folate would be better at around 20 where people report feeling their best. To keep all the B vits in balance its recommended to take a good quality methyl or active B complex. This one fits the bill. amazon.co.uk/Liposomal-Soft...

Vit D is better at 100. Use this calculator to work out how much you need to take to get there. Buy D3+K2 to help it go to your bones. grassrootshealth.net/projec...

It’s essential that key nutrients - Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Folate and Ferritin are at optimal levels to support thyroid health, so it’s great that you’ve tested them Bright-eyes.

Aim for:

Vitamin D (100-150nmol/L)

Vitamin B12 (Total B12 needs to be at top of range or for Active B12 100 or above)

Folate (at least half way through range)

Ferritin (half way through range)

What is your ferritin level? I can’t see it.

Look to improve your folate and Vitamin D. I managed to address my low folate by following forum recommendations for a good B Complex (I used Thorne Basic B). I also raised my vitamin D by supplementing D3 with K2 (latter for bone protection). I like Better You spray, although others on the forum prefer capsules. Vitamin D is fat soluble so I usually take with my main meal.

Eating iron rich foods might boost your ferritin level, but we do not recommend supplementing without first doing a full iron panel. humanbean has some great links to improving ferritin levels naturally, so I would recommend reading some of her posts/ replies regarding this.
