Positive vibes come on!!

Heeeey

I know it’s a long ass process for recovery and there are many shit days but hey, I was wondering if you, the one who reads this now, can tell me something positive about today, or during the recovery because it can’t be all bad right!

My positive message: to all the people who are dealing with something, a reminder that we are so lucky that nowadays there are medicines that can help us! For me today I enjoyed to be out of bed and enjoy the sun outside for a little bit. I am grateful for life, it could be worse! Yes it can always be worse ☺️ Big hug and lots of love for you, yes you! You got this, it takes one hell of a person to find the courage everyday and fight battles that are unknown to others, only real warriors can do that 💪🏼..

Reasons to be cheerful ....

1. Nice and sunny today; I live by the sea; the sun on the water is gorgeous

2. Lock-down in England relaxed last week so went and saw my mum last Fri - first time I've been in the car since Feb!

3. Step-daughter had a healthy baby on Easter Sat - although I haven't seen him yet, just photos :)

Congratulations with your grandson, and that they are all in good health too! And thank you so much for sharing the good news, makes me happy to read. Oooh I miss the sea sooo much, enjoy the air for me too tomorrow! 😍

Had an ice cream on the beach for you - first of the year! [salted caramel - yum]

Loads and loads of people here - all socially distancing beautifully x

Thanks Stacey 😘

Husband and myself drove to have flask of coffee with grandson yesterday. 10 miles of such beautiful countryside.

I had almost forgotten how stunning our country is 🍀🌲🌳🌿🌺🥀

Focus on the the simple things.

The sun is shining and the birds are singing.

A pigeon is busily flying in and out of the garden collecting nesting materials and my normally stressy pooch is just chilling in the sunshine watching it go about its business without barking.

My son was not grumpy when I gave him his thyroxine this morning and he made me a cup of tea last night.

I can work, currently from home. I love my job and colleagues. We video chat every day and we are working better than ever as team thanks to technology.

I was never a positive attitude person. It was always 'It's not fair' or 'why me?'

I really don't know what changed in me to make me see life differently but I am so glad and grateful it did.

I would be careful about having wood pigeons nesting in your garden because they can be very messy especially if you hang out any clean washing lol We have loads of wildlife in our garden including, squirrels, hedgehogs, foxes and the occasional deer.

What a lovely idea Stacey :)

Since my thyroid made itself noticed , I have..............

Learned to stop beating myself up!

Realised that where i live is very beautiful if you look in the right direction.

Stopped pleasing other people and Learned to please myself.

Got into growing things, which is fun when your life now goes at the same pace as nature!

Finally got my head round where the Moon will be and what phase it's in.... I've always loved the Moon.

Learned to stand up for myself with doctors !!!!!!

Learned an easy way of Healthy Eating.... walk past Rocket plant... pick ... put in mouth,

walk under (huge) tomato plant........pick....... put in mouth........no cooking ..... no washing up.. hurrah!!!

I have found some great new friends.......some live in my compost heap....... one is a blackbird........some are children that play in the alley and want to know what a chive is..........

and some are on HERE XXXXXXX

Wow 🤩 that’s a lot of positivity, I love it. Going inwards in this journey is so important to gain strength and enjoy life from a different point of view, simply your point of view 🥰.. since you love the moon and the phases do you love astrology too? If so what is your sign and moon 🌙 sign.

I’m proud of you to stand up for yourself and that you became the person you are today!

Lots of love ❤️
