I know it’s a long ass process for recovery and there are many shit days but hey, I was wondering if you, the one who reads this now, can tell me something positive about today, or during the recovery because it can’t be all bad right!
My positive message: to all the people who are dealing with something, a reminder that we are so lucky that nowadays there are medicines that can help us! For me today I enjoyed to be out of bed and enjoy the sun outside for a little bit. I am grateful for life, it could be worse! Yes it can always be worse ☺️ Big hug and lots of love for you, yes you! You got this, it takes one hell of a person to find the courage everyday and fight battles that are unknown to others, only real warriors can do that 💪🏼..

A pigeon is busily flying in and out of the garden collecting nesting materials and my normally stressy pooch is just chilling in the sunshine watching it go about its business without barking.
My son was not grumpy when I gave him his thyroxine this morning and he made me a cup of tea last night.
I can work, currently from home. I love my job and colleagues. We video chat every day and we are working better than ever as team thanks to technology.
I was never a positive attitude person. It was always 'It's not fair' or 'why me?'
I really don't know what changed in me to make me see life differently but I am so glad and grateful it did.
I would be careful about having wood pigeons nesting in your garden because they can be very messy especially if you hang out any clean washing lol We have loads of wildlife in our garden including, squirrels, hedgehogs, foxes and the occasional deer.

Wow 🤩 that’s a lot of positivity, I love it. Going inwards in this journey is so important to gain strength and enjoy life from a different point of view, simply your point of view 🥰.. since you love the moon and the phases do you love astrology too? If so what is your sign and moon 🌙 sign.
I’m proud of you to stand up for yourself and that you became the person you are today!
