Can anybody help me out with looking for the Folate and vitamin D, this is in Spanish?

See photo.. I did find the B12 and ferritin.. I want to follow the advice from here as I am experience certain symptoms. I don’t think in the months of treatment I’ve been tested on this. Moved to Spain in January soooo Please all help is much appreciated, it’s not easy here if you don’t speak Spanish lol

Hi! Spanish here... folate is the one that says "acido folico" (lower left column), vitamin D is not tested by its own but on the bone profile which is "perfil oseo" (upper right column) hope that helps!

Thank you soooooo much!! I will get it tested this week. I’ve added it on the blood test myself lol not sure if it’s allowed but much appreciated, big hug for whoever you are 🥰
