Does Iron oral spray bind with NDT?

Hello there

I have bought Better You Iron oral spray 10mg instead of taking it in tablet form.

I know you need to leave fours hours between taken NDT and Iron because the iron will bind with NDT in the stomach & this, we don’t want.

Would I be avoiding the problem of binding if using a spray?

In the form of a spray, it passes through the buccal membrane of the cheek and straight in to the blood system, thereby avoiding the stomach.

As it doesn't touch the stomach, there's no problem.

As long as you leave an hour after your dose of levo to have it.
