How else do I warn people that a business that is still advertising for new business is neither fulfilling orders or responding to mail?
knackersyard, Although it does seem as if they are not actually shipping orders, you can't actually be sure that the package isn't stuck in a postal system somewhere. So accusations of non fulfilment are questionable. Not responding to emails is certainly unacceptable though.
If members want to know the name of the supplier, they can message you and you can go into details via this private communication.
Yes, the package could be held up, but as you say, not responding to emails is not a good sign!

Yes, we understand that you want to warn others, but naming suppliers goes against the the T&Cs of the forum.
I think most members know that this pandemic is causing havoc in so many ways, so ordering anything from outside our own country is very risky these days.

That suggests something other than my parcel is held up it the post.
They have the time to email for new business, but don’t answer.
Beware sending money to this company.
