Cypriot source gone

I wrote out of desperation. My usual source of Tiromel has completely dried up and the well known Cypriot source is no longe around (are the news stories about her?)

I feel like death on T4 only and my Dr cannot be convinced. Could any kind person please private message me as I have been so comfortable with my source for so many years I'm completely out of the loop
