Took my test at 4pm, and deliberately missed morning dose of ndt. So, 18 hours gap.
The advised gap between last dose of NDT and blood draw is 12 hours so by leaving 18 hours you have false low FT4 and FT3 results. It's therefore not really possible to say how well you're doing on your current dose.
Are raised antibodies an indicator of inflammation?
Raised antibodies suggest autoimmune thyroid disease, aka Hashimoto's. Your test results 3 months ago showed raised antibodies and SlowDragon pointed out then that you had Hashimoto's and asked if you were on a gluten free diet.
My vitamins are low, so have started a higher dose.
Did you retest levels this time?
What are they now?
What are you supplementing?
Last test showed low folate and ferritin yet high Active B12.
