Hi everyone,im.new to t3 but been on ndt for 15 years,can anyone chime in here and tell.me how you felt when starting?if you got side effects did they subside?did you feel better right away? Im on now only 17.5 t3 and 1 grain ndt

so you are saying you have high reverse t3, you need to check your iron and cortisol...you did not say what your free t3 and free t3 said restartmed.com/high-reverse... is a good read on issues and how to look at it
Think it is well documented now that rT3 does not have much influence ..
I think everyone has there own literature they read and some say.rt3 does not have any influence on thyroid uptake, some say it does ,i do because im going through it i guess

I was on t3. For about 10 years before i changed to ndt. I think the difference between the two, is that i feel on a more even keel with ndt. There are no highs and lows, i just feel ok all the time.
T3 made me wide awake and full of energy, or sleepy and having to take a nap.
I much prefer just feeling normal, which is why i stay on ndt. How come you have changed?
