It wont "mess you up", I've tried different makes of D3, you may find no difference, you may find a preference for one particular brand.

I always think of Vitabay D3 in the form of liquid drops, that doesn't seem to be available anywhere at the moment, I assumed the OP meant that

Yes the drops is what I’ve been using. Can’t get them anywhere and I can’t speak dutch/German but I’m going to ring them.

Supplements that are imported do tend to go out of stock temporarily whilst waiting for a new shipment, and it could be that shipments are held up or suspended at the moment in the current situation. I have something that is coming from US, tracking says "leaving the United States" and the date was 28th March, no updates since then so I have no idea if it's actually left the US or not.
