There are no supplements specifically for Hashi's - and certainly no specific doses. Where did you hear that there were? On here, we always recommend you get your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested, and supplement according to the results. What you need to take and how much will be different for everyone, so what you're asking for is impossible.
And selenium, cooper, and Zinc to check e before supplements
Generally it is best to look into the cofactors of the vitamins you know you need.
For example, if you're taking vitamin d it is wise to add in extra Magnesium or the Vitamin D will fail to convert to its active form and you will also become Magnesium deficient (muscle pains and brittle bone issues) as it gets drawn out of your bones and muscles to activate vitamin D; also add in vitamin k2 to direct the extra Calcium that vitamin D draws from food into your bones and away from arteries.
Another thing to consider is a good vitamin C to work with the iron supplement... 500mg is a reasonable dose, but go much higher if you are fighting a virus. I use ascorbic acid diluted before meals (about 1 gram a day) and take a 500mg food based vitamin C complex with bioflavanoids.
Low zinc and selenium sometimes occur with low iron... but it'd be best to introduce these at a low (RDA) dose one at a time and see if they make any difference (skin, hair and nails and immunity will improve with these if you are low). Both also help hormone synthesis.
Finally, it is worth taking a quality B complex as B12 generally works better with other B vitamins. Igennus are good as they use the most bioavailable forms of b12 (methylcobalamin), folate (methylfolate) and b6 (called p5p). This is a personal favourite but there are other brands out there.
