I confess I don't know anything about Quercertin, but a google search brought up this:
Excessive intake of quercetin has the potential of interfering with thyroid function. Quercetin acts as a thyroid disruptor by inhibiting thyroid-cell growth and iodide uptake due to down regulation of sodium/iodide symporter gene expression.

But, if you are hypo and on thyroid hormone replacement, that shouldn't apply to you.
Any particular reason why you want to take it?
