Insomnia in Hoshimotos thyroid

Does anyone has sleep problems? I sleep for 2 hours , wake up and can’t go back to sleep. I have prescription pills ambien, would only take as last resort.

Any suggestions?

Have you retested vitamin D, folate and B12
