Does anyone has sleep problems? I sleep for 2 hours , wake up and can’t go back to sleep. I have prescription pills ambien, would only take as last resort.

More likely to be due to your adrenals than the Hashi's. Have you had your cortisol tested?
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested?
Few months ago. Low on Vit D, taking 50,000 iu once a week

It’s trial and error what dose we need, with hashimoto’s we frequently need higher dose than average
