Your B12 and vitamin D are too low. This is likely due to having had levothyroxine dose inappropriately reduced

Improving low vitamin levels to optimal should help improve poor conversion

TSH far too high

Conversion of Ft4 to Ft3 is very poor

You need dose increase in levothyroxine.

High antibodies confirms autoimmune thyroid disease, aka Hashimoto’s

Medichecks should send new kit for folate

I’ve just been looking back on all my test results, when I was on 100 levothyroxine, I was overactive, dropped to 75 , still slightly overactive, now I’m on 50 / 75 alternating each day , and now I’m under active, not sure where I go from here , would it be worth asking my doctor about seeing a specialist

Any advice would be much appreciated

You need 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine and bloods retested in 6-8 weeks

Highly unlikely that you ever should have had dose reduction from 100mcg

When on 100mcg you still had high cholesterol. High cholesterol is linked to being under medicated

Essential to get all four vitamins optimal

Vitamin D is lower now than 8 months ago

How much vitamin D are you currently taking?

Vitamin D

GP will only prescribe to bring levels to 50nmol. But improving to around 80nmol or 100nmol may be better

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Test twice yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is very effective as it avoids poor gut function. There’s a version made that also contains vitamin K2 Mk7

It’s trial and error what dose we need, with hashimoto’s we frequently need higher dose than average
