I would like to try it but I see he has published 3 books. I can't get all of them but wondered if anyone could tell me which has the best instructions for trying the T3 Recovery method please.
Thank you.

Hi Everdean, I have been with Paul for many years and have found him to be the most knowledgeable and helpful person ever. I bought the blue book and read it again and again - each time gaining more information. He his very concerned that no-one overdoses and is very caring. His website closed three years ago but all the information is still there to be useful to anyone interested. He closed that website so that he could concentrate on his next book "The Manual". He is now working on something else to try to help us all, so we should hear in a couple of months.
Thank you Kathleen-1. I gather you are recommending I get the first book Paul has written to instruct me on how to approach the t3 circadian method.
Regards
I tried his method but a single high daily dose proved far more beneficial for me. I would still recommend his books and method as it is very safe. If you're dosing T3 without medical supervision, then it might be best to follow his protocol. For me, it has been trial and error but am feeling better every week. I started T3 therapy this time last year and took it very slow to make sure I didn't have any negative reactions. It turned out that a single daily dose was much safer for me in the end. Cheers.
Thank you for your reply. I am glad you are feeling better.
Personally I found this the best book, but I know that Paul now recommends to start with his manual. The manual tells you how to start at the very beginning of the discovery that you have thyroid trouble and go through all the different options that are available. If you have decided to go down the T3 route then I do recommend the Blue book. Good Luck.
Recovering with T3 used to be a forum where anyone could consult Paul or any of his admins. He closed this because it had been taking up too much time and he wanted to write his third book. Many of the threads are still there so as to help anyone interested enough to go to look. Paul recommended that everyone join T3 Support after that where some of his admins are still helping people on mono T3.
