Thyroid-s advice raise or not to raise?

Hello everyone.its been a minute since i posted and needed some advice any is.much appreciated .i been on ts since end of January was feeling sluggish after.3.weeks of taking it but other hypo symptoms left no depression ect..so i chewed my pill and swallowed on empty stomach(please no judgement on how i take it ,it works for me)and i felt energy and felt wonderful until 3 days ago having hot flushes here and there,headache here n there not constantly, burning eyes,on and off yesterday around 7 pm i take my 2nd dose around 5pm,i felt sweaty anxiety and racing heart im on 2.5 grains on ts i swapped over.from erfa thyroid same dose .i know that it seems as though its overmedicated but i lm confused because some hypo and hyper symptom can be the same. My eatemps where good last week today waking temp was 97.6 and 3 hours later 98.0 so temp isnt telli g me overmedicated im currently taking 60mg at 11am 60 at 5pm and bed dose 30mg any help is appreciated thanks.

Thank you scrumbler yes its confusing i get labs done on the 29th free t3 free t4 tsh and rt3 ,,i have low ferritin ..and just started a new iron supp.how long should i wait to test my ferritin and iron labs? And not sure if ferritin is affecting my thyroid levels should i get my ferritin and iron up before i test thyroid as well? Thanks

I think if you have low ferritin it can cause symptoms. I had low ferritin a few years ago and lost a lot of hair. I also had low vitamin D and had Graves' disease so they all gave me symptoms.

Yea i have hair loss snd my poor eyebrows thank god for eyebrow pencils.lol
