Iron results

Hello. Please can someone look at my iron results. Ferritin is very high and has been for the past year. What can I do about it? The rest I'm not sure about. I am not supplementing iron. Many thanks

CRP 1.41 ng/L <5

Iron 23.78 unol/L ( 5.8-34.5)

TIBC 48.88umol/L (45-72)

UIBC 25.1umol/L (24.2-70.1)

Transferrin 48.65%(20-50)

Ferritin 294ug/L (13-150)

As you have Hashimoto’s, inflammation is common reason for high ferritin levels

Many hashimoto’s patients have MTHFR gene variation

I stopped supplementing after posting here last month and had only had 3 days of iron when tummy issues made me stop. Would giving up dairy perhaps help with inflammation. I'm already gluten free.

What are your most recent vitamin D, folate and B12 results

I am taking igennus super B complex. I supplement vit D with k2 and levels are good. Where can I check if I have the MTHFR gene. As a home test?
