Endocrinologist with understanding of adrenal dysfunction and t3 usage in the UK? Is there such a person?!

After a rough time with levothyroxine, I’ve been self treating (with my GP’s knowledge) my thyroid with t3 and adrenals with adrenal cortex for a while now (using STTM, dosing on temperatures etc). I keep getting stuck, unable to get steady daily average temperatures as my adrenals are wobbly, causing pooling and then I having to repeatedly reduce and rebuild with t3. Aldosterone blood test revealed below mid range, and after several wasted appointments with my GP to discuss prescribing florinef (fludrocortisone) for my just below mid range aldosterone, she has decided it’s too complicated for her and has officially dropped me ‘like a hot brick’.. her words! She is however willing (and wasn’t previously) to refer me to an Endocrinologist.

She will refer me anywhere in the UK. Can anyone recommend an excellent endocrinologists who truly understands adrenal dysfunction, not just failure, use of t3 and who will consider my symptoms, not just my labs? (I seem to recall a female endo who was a leading researcher at Cambridge who moved to Ireland? ) I’ve been very ill with an ‘M.E’ diagnosis for nearly ten years, only treating thyroid for two, and adrenals for less than one year. Thank you!
