my latest results have arrived. I've been on 75mcg for over 1 year now as my GP wouldn't increase the dosage, even when I complained of a lot of symptoms.
My last results in June 2019 were:
TSH 1.58mu/L 0.35-5 (GP doesn't do anything else)
Latest from Medichecks (early morning, fasting and took meds after)
TSH 3.84 mlU/L 0.27 - 4.2
FT3 5.02 pmol/L 3.1 - 6.8
FT4 21.1 pmol/L 12 - 22
TGA 225 klU/L <115
TPA 69.8 klU/L <34
My B12 Active is also low in range at 59.5 pmol/L >37.5
Vit D deficient again 47.8 nmol/L 50 - 175
Folate - got a sample error
Ferritin 107 ug/L 13 - 150
CRP HS 3.14 mg/L <5
I've booked a GP appointment to try to get an increase. Is there anything new I should know about changes in guidelines that might have changed recently?
Thanks for any advice

When did you take your last dose of Levo before the test?
Did you take Biotin or a B Complex in the 7 days before the test?
Your FT4 is high in range and one wouldn't expect to see that with your TSH. However, you do have Hashi's and that sometimes throws up strange results.
Vit D deficient again 47.8 nmol/L 50 - 175
After your GP stopped your prescribed Vit D, did you not start self supplementing as advised by SlowDragon in reply to your previous post: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
My B12 Active is also low in range at 59.5 pmol/L >37.5
Did you follow SlowDragon's suggestion about your low B12 also mentioned in reply to that previous post?
My last dose of Levo was 24hours before - I took it after the test.
Regards VitD and B12, I did take supplements for a while but haven't for some time. I know, I should have continued.....
I have a very busy job / life and these things tend to end up at the bottom of my todo list unfortunately. My brain can't cope with so many things at once anymore.
I think if I had them on my repeat prescription I would take them regularly as I do with my other meds.
I will take a good look at the previous advice again when I get home tonight and make a plan.
Some suppliers do a subscription service on vitamins too, if remembering to buy them is an issue. (and if you cant find what you need with an individual supplier, you could always try Amazon subscription)
