Should I increase my dose of Euthyrox?

I had hashimoto since two years ago and I am on Euthyrox 75 since 7 months. However, since a month I suffer from hypo symptoms feeling cold all the time, my anxiety is on the roof, burning legs, and diarrhea and gases when eat starches.I am 100 % gluten and dairy free.My doc run thyriod tests and CBC and these are the results:

Free T3: 2.31 (Ref range: 1.7- 4.2)

Free T4: 0.84 (Ref range: 0.75- 1.56)

TSH: 0.856 (Ref range: 0.55- 4.78)

CBC results:

RBC show mild microcytosis and anisocytosis

Mild relative lymphocytosis

Mild absolute neutropenia

My doc refused at any case to increase my dose as he told me that my TSH is perfect and any increase in dose will make me hyper.I told him that my Free T4 is in the floor of its range but he dose not seem concerned. Also he said I had anemia and need iron supplements. What do you think about my thyriod tests and CBC.Should I increase my dose to alleviate my symptoms or this will made me hyper? If not ,how much can I increase? Can I increase by 12.5 mcg?

Thanks in advance

Silly man. Lowering your TSH will not make you hyper. That's not how it works! And, you're only over-medicated if your FT3 is well over-range.

Your FT4 is only 6.17% through the range! Your FT3 is 24.4%, which is still too low. So, yes, you do need an increase in dose. But, if your levo is being prescribed, won't you run short before your next prescription if you increase your dose yourself?

Thanks for reply.I am not from UK and I can get levo without prescription so I can have any quantity of the medication I want.but I want to increase by 12 mcg at the first. Is this appropriate? Also, we do not have Euthyrox 88. Just 25,50, and 100. Can I take 1 day 75 and the other day 100?

OK, well, no problem, then. :)

Why such a small increase? Why not the full 25 mcg? I would increase by 25 myself.

I was on 50 at the first and when I increase by 25, I suffered from quick heart beats so I think my body is not used to have this increase suddenly so I gradually increased my dose by 12.5.

OK, well, in that case, you can indeed take 75 one day and 100 the next. :)
