Hi All,

I have been experiencing some odd symptoms. During the weekends there are times when I like to relax, lie down and watch a movie. But recently those times have turned into kind of nightmares.

As I lie down for more than 30 minutes, I start feeling cold, I put on a layer of warm clothes, then another and then I cover myself with a warm blanket. If I still can't get warm, I try drinking some tea, but the warmth of the tea makes me feel super uncomfortable. Any attempts to get warm make me feel very sick and nauseous. I feel like I'm burning up, I have no energy, can't move much because I feel literally exhausted and heavy, and sometimes even a headache might occur. And at those times, I get my temperature, because I feel feverish and ill, and for my surprise, it's no more than 35 C. The lowest I got was 34.7 C. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Ariana2 welcome. This appears to be your first post so we don’t know very much about you other than what you’ve written here.

Have you been diagnosed with hypothyroidism? On any medication? A low body temperature is often a sign of hypothyroidism/under medication.

But we can’t really offer much advice without knowing more about you...
