Increase in medication

Hi Everyone and Happy Christmas

Quick update, GP reluctantly increased my Levo to 100mcg from 75mcg and finally my voice is improving

Question is - How long before you feel the benefits of an increase or indeed find out if it is too high for you? I am on week 4 now, felt fine until literally a couple of days ago and feel very very tired again?

Also please can someone explain again, how the levo works and why it takes so long? I had a great reply about this before but cant find it!

PS - i am taking my B12, Magnesium (although i'm still not sure which type i am supposed to take?) and Vit D Spray.

I might have gone from 75 mcg T4 to 88 mcg T4 . The reason you felt at first better because it takes time till the T4 has it's full affects . It takes about 4-6 weeks . I feel small T4 tweaks between 7- 10 days . To feel the full potential affect where I don't feel anymore changes taking affect is 4-6 weeks .
