Recommendations for Oliver Frey appreciated

Hello! I'd appreciate help in trying to find someone to prescribe T3 or NDT in the UK.

I'm currently based in Leicester and Oliver Frey's name has come up. I'd very much appreciate it if some of you could send me recommendations either for Dr Frey or someone else that can help me. Ideally someone closer to Leicester (e.g. London, Birmingham etc) or willing to take a medical history over the phone.
