I had an increase of Levothyroxine after 4th Sept test given very reluctantly by the GP but I was definitely unwell with symptoms. Since then I’ve had days where I’ve felt good but some days I haven’t felt great. I had thought maybe another small increase was required now I’m not sure.
I’m very active even if I don’t feel well. If I’m not well I will walk a few miles. If I’m well I’ll cycle 20-30 miles and often lift weights at the gym. Doing something does help even if it only stops me thinking about how terrible I can feel.
I’d be interested in thoughts about my levels.
I’m desperate to get back in training for competitive cycling events, the first serious one is June next year.

You might find that reducing some T4 and replacing it with T3 might help you feel better overall.
Unfortunately NHS won't prescribe T3 unless an endocrinologist thinks you'd benefit. The majority of endos still wont prescribe as T3 has risen to over £200 per pack.
I have another question. Since I’ve increased Levothyroxine over the last three months from 75 to 125
I’ve had a background headache. The brand is Teva, is it worth trying another brand to see if that helps? The pharmacist has said I can try any brand I like as they keep all in stock.
