How to switch from 3 .1/2 ndt to synthetic(100T4+20T3 for ex.Novothyral)? I don't feel well on ndt, I tried different brands of ndt but same problems. On Thiroyd I felt the best but I still have symptoms, even if I add some t3 the problems remain. I tried to increase the dose but hyper symptoms appear(can't sleep,etc). My ft4 is below on the range and it seems I'm feeling good only if it's over. So, I decided to go back to the levo+T3 but I don't know-how, straight or gradually? Any advice is welcome...

I would do a straight swop, if I were you, those numbers are simple enough. Then, hold for six weeks, retest and adjust as necessary.
