Felling dreadful

I have just come back from blood results to check my thyroid , and they only tested TSH , which came back at 4.9 which they say is normal and there is nothing wrong with me, they have refused to do further tests...

I will go private now as know something isnt right, I have all the symptoms of what I believe is Hashimotos .

I know I needed to be tested for T4 & T3 , what other tests should I be asking for please?

There are other tests which are good but this has all. It finger prick option is good if you bleed well enough from pricked finger to fill two small vials

You need as a minimum:

FT3

FT4

TSH

Folate

Ferritin

Vit B12

Vit D

TPO Ab

TG Ab

It is FT4 and FT3 .Also the two antibody tests,Ferritin,folate,D3 and B12.

GPs will not usually treat until TSH is over 10 thus ensuring you stay ill.
