Blood results

These are my blood results after my TT in May this year..

I am sorr you had a TT in May.

There appears to be no ranges within the above results? Ranges are in brackets after the results and labs differ in their machines, so ranges may be different.

It was hell trying to get those results from the hospital I made myself as clear as I could I wanted ranges and ref.. The nurse was very reluctant to give me any paperwork she said the clinic was very busy but I said I would wait.. They eventually gave me a sheet folded up I did look at it on leaving when I realised it was utter nonsense it was urine culture results I went back in again and said I wanted the bloods with ranges and ref I got these they made it very hard for me to get them.. The nurse even asked why I wanted them and when I did receive them she told me to say she never gave me them😳😳

I'd consider writing a letter to the dept just explaining you have a right to your results/medical records under the freedom of information act, and they need to educate their staff to make sure they comply...

Yes I did say I was entitled to them and what I do with them is my business but you should have seen their faces.. I felt like I was receiving some spy info 😁😁😁😁

Serum free T3 level.. A normal at 3.1 pmol/L

Range/ref.. 3.10-6.80 pmol/L

Serum free T4.. A normal at 13.3 pmol/L

Range/ref 11.00-22.00pmol/L

Serum TSH.. At 0.05 mU/L

Range/ref 0.30-4.50mU/L

The LAW entitles us to have copies of tests and with regard to hypo always must ranges be stated. Some surgeries might charge a very nominal sum for paper/ink.
