Tsh 0.07mlu/L normal range 0.38 - 5.50

Doespecially levothyroxine need to go up or down? Many thanks

First we always need the range on FT4

Second, just testing TSH and FT4 is completely inadequate

You need TSH, FT4 and FT3

Plus important to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Thyroid testing should be done as early as possible in morning and no food or drinks other than water before testing

Last dose levothyroxine 24 hours prior to test
