Dear all

One lady just mentioned she took electrolytes for her ‘sudden and vicious ‘ fatigue. I got this fatigue following an very upset stomach..yesterday . I sensed I needed something because I felt I had lost all my thyroxine plus vitamins and minerals . Could it be these electrolytes? Or the B12 ?

Your advice, please, wise ones xxx

Electrolytes are minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and have an important role to play and keep us hydrated. This article should be helpful:

To know if you have an imbalance you would need them testing. If your GP has done a full blood count recently, electrolytes may also have been tested.

Same for B12, you need testing to know if your level is low or if you have a deficiency.
