Thanks x

That doesn't tell us what tests are involved in the TFT. Did you ask your GP for the actual list of tests suggested in reply to your previous thread or did you just ask for "a full thyroid test".
As mentioned before, for a full picture you need
TSH
FT4
FT3
Thyroid antibodies - Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) and Thyroglobulin (Tg)
If your TSH is in range when tested, the lab (who make the decision on what is tested) may not test anything else.
If your TSH is out of range they may do FT4.
It's unlikely to get FT3 tested at primary level, although it may be done if TSH is suppressed (mine is always done with a GP test because my TSH is always suppressed, but not all labs do this).
Thyroid antibodies - TPO may be done if the lab thinks there is a reason, or maybe if the GP has requested. Tg is not normally done at primary level, it's usually only done when requested by an endo.
If you haven't yet had the blood draw it would be a good idea to ring your doctor and ask what will be tested, specifying that you wish all of those you have been advised to have to be done so that you get a complete picture of your thyroid status.
There are no results on there. Are you sure that's the right photo?
No this is just the test I’m waiting to get it done now x
OK Well, it doesn't really say what tests are to be done. It says Thyroid Test, and TFT, but they are open to interpretation. There's no knowing what they will actually test.
Had it said: TSH; FT4; FT3, we would have had a better idea. But, even so, even if the doctor requests these tests, the lab can refuse to do them, if it considers they aren't necessary. For example, they will only do the FT3 is the TSH is suppressed.
So, quite honestly, there's no knowing what results you will end up with.
I know I asked for all the tests an this is what I got you would think the gp would want to help me
I feel like giving up there has to be a reason why I feel so worn out tired can swallow blurry vision muscle twitching and weakness headaches pale puffy face swollen lymph nodes and tongue of a mess 😣😣😪😪😪
You would think that, wouldn't you. But, often it just seems not to be the case - especially where thyroid is concerned. But, as I said, it doesn't entirely depend on the doctor. The lab can over-rule him whatever he says.
This is why so many people resort to doing their own labs, privately. Would you be in a position to do that? Details here:

Thanks I will if these tests don’t help I’ve had the blood test this morning
If I have high b12 will this effect my t3 or t4 levels it’s high because I have injections xx
No, B12 won't affect results. But, do you also take a B complex - which you should if on injections? If so, it's advisable to stop the B complex for a week before the blood draw, because the biotin in it can skew some results.
No I don’t. I have ‘pa ‘ for around 4 years and no one has ever explained it or mentioned b complex
It makes me so annoyed 😒 xx
