Adrenal glandular vs cortex?

I understand it's individual which one people prefer, just looking for some general comments.

I know some find the adrenaline in glandular too stimulating.

But do glandular supplements in themselves have any nutritional value that adrenal cortex doesn't?

I know for instance that Dr. Durrand-Peatfield recommends Nutri Adrenals Extra which contains glandular so was curious to find out if that has some added value compared to adrenal cortex.
