had another easy day

hopefully get more done today as think im undermedicated, switched back from NDT and T3 to thyroxine and T3........was on 150 thyroxine before swapping and needed to increase, NDT and T3 only lowered TSH i didnt feel good now on 100 thyroxine and 12.50 T3 so will add more T3 today

I'm sorry your dose of hormones weren't working for you. Just for information - and you may already have read the following - this link may be helpful:-

Also the fact that you are doing more daily exercise might mean a change in dose.
