I've noticed a lot of people on here suggest taking this with hashimotis, can someone tell me what this is and why it's good for this disease, also dosage recommended?

If you google "izabella wentz selenium" you'll get a list of articles that might answer your question.

Izabella Wentz has a website, a Facebook page, and has written a few books on Hashi's and hypothyroidism. She suffers from Hashi's herself.

Thyroid Antibodies have to be present in our blood in order to have Hashimoto's - an Autoimmune Thyroid Disease.
