Hi, I'm on levothyroxine 100mcg, gluten free and take CBD for anxiety and insomnia
Bloods results: Hi, I'm on levothyroxine 100mcg... - Thyroid UK
Bloods results
Your results are very similar to the ones you posted 2 years ago though your FT3 has dropped slightly. It was suggested then that might benefit from adding T3 to your levothyroxine as your FT3 levels are low compared to your FT4 levels suggesting that there is a conversion problem. This is still the case.

Folate level, even though over the low limit, is on the low side. I'd want mine in double figures when there is no proper reference range.
Active B12 is over range, are you supplementing?
Vit D is low. The Vit D Council recommends a level of 125nmol and the Vit D Society recommends 100-150nmol. It would be advisable to supplement to reach the recommended level.
To reach the recommended level from your current level of 56.6nmol (28. 3ng/ml) the Vit D Council suggests supplementing with 3,700iu D3 daily (nearest is 4000iu)

For best absorption from an oral supplement that is swallowed, an oil based softgels gives superior absorption over tablet D3 or capsules, a good brand is Doctor's Best.
Retest after 3 months.
When you've reached the recommended level then you'll need a maintenance dose to keep it there, this may be 2000iu daily, maybe more, maybe less, maybe more in winter than summer, it's trial and error, and we need to retest twice a year to check our level and adjust dose if necessary.
There are important cofactors needed when taking D3 - magnesium and Vit K2-mk7.
D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-mk7 directs it to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissue where it can be deposited and cause problems. Magnesium helps the body use D3 and convert it into the usable form.
You haven't said how you feel on your current dose of Levo.
Forgot to mention, Medichecks have advised me to see my GP and request test for iron overload. I'm not supplementing.
As for my b12, not supplementing there either.
I feel lethargic mostly and sometimes I just don't have any energy.
I will supplement vit d with better you as I've still got some left 🌻
I take a lot of spinach but my folate is low, not sure what to do with that
My ferritin was high (close to your value), but all my iron direct measures were good. I learned that you can have high ferritin if there is inflammation in your body. At the time of that test, I was fighting an infection. Ask your doctor to check these values:
