Hi folks I posted a week ago or so and was advised to get more bloods done well here are the results if anybody could have a look and let me know what they think I would be very grateful:)

Hi a5hl3y2208,

FT3 4.74 is excellent in the top third of range. I checked your previous post and the low TSH and high FT4 indicate you are optimally medicated on 125mcg.

Vit D 60.3 is sub optimal, 75-200 is replete and most people are fine around 100. I would supplement D3 2,500iu. Take it with the fattiest meal of the day to aid absorption and take it 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.

Many thanks for your advice i currently take a VIT D (osteocaps) everyday as prescribed by the endo but it is only one ampule a day would you recommend taking 2?

hi i am currently taking one D3 1000 ampule also what iron supplement would you recommend taking with the vit C i really do appreciate your help thank you

I would increase to 2 x 1,000iu.

Ferrous Fumarate is a good iron supplement.
