i cant believe how far im getting, ........8 miles ahead of my daily goal, but i see that as a good thing because if theres a day i simply cannot do anything then ive got them extras, i will continue the challenge once the 60 miles is complete up until to 30th september

Looks like a beautiful day today, I've just come in from my walk.

Good for you, Mandy, and like your strategy of having a little extra in the bank

for those " iffy " days, that we all experience from time to time.

im shoe shopping today

all the walking ive done since august have killed my shoes lol and its like walking bare foot on concrete now

i find all the point something of a mile soon adds up too

when i do walk i go until my arm buzzes at 5000 steps which is approx 2 miles for me so the other steps through the day are an added bonus

yesterday should have been an extra mile as there was the finale of the golden body magic award which was an old fashioned sports day (no i didnt join in) and a final 1 mile walk around the fiels but that didnt happen

hopefully my new shoes will have some kind of 'super power' in them lol
