You are doing well Mandy. Give yourself a pat on the back.x

My GP has told me to get out and walk more, which I have found hard, so you are giving an incentive to others who are struggling.

Enjoy your day 😊🌺🌸

Sometimes it is hard to make the effort, but once you are out I think the rewards are Enormous, especially if you communicate with others.

I have a local Co--op and the assistants always chat with me and me to them.I think it helps them too, when mostly behind a counter all day.

yes the walking out the door is the hardest i normally drag a kid round with me so i have someone to talk too because if i was on my own i wouldnt even get 100 steps let alone 2 miles
