Well done mandy72! I know how hard it is to do things like going out for a walk.
thank you
ive just finnished the last month of walking so hurting bad, guess my body will just get used to it over time
my 12 year old did comment on how much faster i was walking so guess its a good thing
You are doing well Mandy. Give yourself a pat on the back.x
My GP has told me to get out and walk more, which I have found hard, so you are giving an incentive to others who are struggling.
Enjoy your day 😊🌺🌸
thank you, my dr told me yesterday walking helps anxiety, im ok when out but when indoors is another story x
Sometimes it is hard to make the effort, but once you are out I think the rewards are Enormous, especially if you communicate with others.
I have a local Co--op and the assistants always chat with me and me to them.I think it helps them too, when mostly behind a counter all day.
yes the walking out the door is the hardest i normally drag a kid round with me so i have someone to talk too because if i was on my own i wouldnt even get 100 steps let alone 2 miles
Well done Mandy
