Can’ seem to order my t3

Hi, I have been trying for ages to buy some t3 from “you know who” in Mexico, but I am having a very frustrating time. Firstly, my bank fraud squad called me to verify the transaction, as they had blocked it when I tried to make the payment. The Company then said to reorder, but every time zi click onto “buy”, “undefined error”comes up”

I have emailed them to tell them of the difficulties, it they just keep replying to say reorder now! GRRRRH!

Any ideas please from anyone who’s more tech savvy than me (which is probably most people!) I only use an iPad by the way.
