Crumbs! That's Thiroid & TR Mann(I'm on that)gone. Will Thyroid S be next?I was planning to switch to that when I run out of TR Mann.Other long-respected NDTs from non-Thai sources are being reported as no longer working as wellas they used to(reported on the "Stop The Thyroid Madness"mailing list)

What is going on?I've already been finding I cannot use Paypal,Visa or Mastercard on sites I have previously bought from, even with a pre-loaded card.

Looks like I am going to end up on thyroxine with liothyronine.

Its very worrying. Will liothyronine become difficult to buy independently?

Yes it's out of stock in some places on the internet.

This has been mentioned on the forum a few times in recent days.

It has been said that production of Thiroyd will cease or has ceased due to the Thai government requiring NDT to be licensed and the manufacturers not wanting to.

But a couple of people have received emails from their suppliers stating that there isn't much demand so the manufacturers are waiting for enough orders before doing a production run.

Who to believe? Goodness knows. It's all rumour until confirmed.

Some suppliers still have remaining stock, so it would seem sensible to stock up while it's available in case the rumour about production ceasing is true.

Hi. I've just had a conversation with someone over there. Apparently, there has been a worldwide shortage of NDT & greater pharma decided to stop production of Thiroyd, as there wasn't enough NDT for Thyroid S, .T.R MAN & Thiroyd. The shortage, has also led to the big increases in price that we've seen. T.R. man is still available & I ordered some 10 minutes ago. The guy said there are no plans to stop production of this. He also said, no decision has been made as to whether to start producing Thiroyd, once stocks of NDT have increased. He's hoping it will be available again, but as it was the least used if the 3 NDT brands, it was the one cut during the shortage.
