I am new to the group and have recently emigrated to the UK from South Africa where I was happily taking thyroid S and supplemented my T4 with 25 mcg of Merck Euthyrox .( 3 times a week only.)
Can anyone please tell me a reliable source for both . ( i would consider 50mcg if that is the only strength available ) I'm unsure at this point if my Dr will give me a prescription for the Euthyrox even if I can source it , but I can hope and pray. Currently She is prescribing a hateful Generic T4 levothyroxine and I am reacting badly to the maize starch in them .
