How to split dose day before test

I'm taking 20 t3 at 4.30 am and 12,00 noon. Since I'm having blood tests tomorrow I've taken the first dose but am Wondering if it's best to take the rest t3 ie 10mcg att once in the evening or to take 5 at noon and 5 in the evening?

I would split into two doses of 5mcg mid afternoon and 5mcg at 9pm

Personally I find that works MUCH better and do this everyday

3 doses at 8 hour gaps. 10mcg at 7am, 5mcg at 3pm and 5mcg at 11pm (or last dose at 9pm, before blood test)

Last Levothyroxine dose 24 hours before blood test

Stop any supplements that contain biotin a week before any blood testing

Thyroid test as early as possible in morning and fasting
